All others choose Ground options.
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday only. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping on Saturday and Sunday or by 1:00 PM CST on Monday ship on Monday. Orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping Monday through Friday prior to 1:00 PM CST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 1:00 PM CST ship the next business day. Ground orders placed before the 1 PM cut off ship within 1-2 business days and are not guaranteed to ship that same day. When a Ground order is placed after the 1 PM cut off the first processing day becomes the next business day. Ground orders placed after the 1 PM cut off will ship within the next two business days. As an example a ground order placed at 7:20 PM on Tuesday night will ship on Wednesday

Thursday. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.
All other customers, if you find your item is not as described, or damaged please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. Please keep the paperwork with the package as it will have the correct return mailing information on the paperwork. Items must be unopened. UPS must be able to examine the original package at pickup.

Ground Shipments:
As of 4-4-2020 all ground orders will be on a 5-6 day lead time due to component shortages.  Freight coming out of Houston is only coming to our area once a week now instead of three times a week as they normally would. I sincerely feel we are blessed to even be allowed to continue to be operating at all during this crisis when so many businesses have been forced to close down all over the country. Also, we are sold out of chocolate Easter bunnies, Jelly Beans, Chocolate Eggs and marshmallow peeps. The next truck arrives Thursday with those items. Any Easter gifts ordered after 4-4-2020, (Including Air) will not ship until after Easter as those items are key components in all Easter Baskets.
