    Mom inked her name on the 1st page - sorry about that but she Was in her 90's!  :) (picture #3)
    Inside pages are clean (except for Mom's name).  The spine appears loosened on the 2nd page but no pages are loose.  Cover has shelf wear from years of moving around in Mom's painting studio.  She's gone now - left at age 95 but now painting clouds in the sky for me almost everyday!  :)
