Beautiful New York Beauty quilt orig '95 K Stone book ++ tons pre-done fabrics

Ready to finish - and a TON of work already done
This project was found carefully stored and labeled in it's own plastic container (not included). It looks as if the original colors, as shown on the cover of the book (aqua & browns), were being used, however, they do not appear to be batiks. This 40+ year quilter used only first line, 100% cotton fabrics. It was her practice to copy rather than use original patterns.
INCLUDED:
1. Original pattern book "New York Beauty; Paper Foundation & Fusible (?shiny backed)  Paper Templates to Complete 30 Blocks", 1995, by Karen K. Stone - INTACT and in excellent condition - nothing marked, removed or cut.
2. A page of notes from a quilting store teaching this pattern
3. Xerox copies of pattern sheets made by the owner
4. A TON of pre-done, fusible paper backed sections either complete, partially complete or undone with fabric pinned to each piece of paper - ready to work.
Not being a quilter I don't know what other materials may be needed to complete the quilt but it appears most - if not all- of the block materials may be in the bunch.
