We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk. Holiday Ground Deadline
Ground orders placed before 1 PM CST on 12/15/2020 will typically ship prior to Christmas. (Please take into consideration the 2-4 day lead time on ground orders during the month of December.) Ground orders placed after 1 PM CST on 12/15/2020 May not ship prior to the holiday closing.
We will continue to ship any and all orders we possibly can up through Tuesday 12/22/2020. However we can not guarantee an order will ship prior to Christmas when it is placed after the above deadlines.
Holiday Air Shipping Deadline
The deadline for shipping of an air order prior to Christmas is 12/18/2020 at 11 AM CST All air orders placed after 11 AM CST on 12/18/2020 may not ship until after Monday 12/28/2019. As of Monday 12/14/2020 all air orders will have a one day lead time.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available only by shipping next day air on Friday and requesting Saturday delivery n the shipping comments. Standard air options deliver Monday thru Friday only. Saturday delivery is the cost of Next Day air service plus an additional .50 and again is by special request only. We do not offer 2nd day air Saturday delivery service except under special promotions and offers. Transit times do not include the day a gift ships, Holidays, Saturday or Sunday. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and or shipped the next business day
If you find your item is not as described, or damaged please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. Please keep the paperwork with the package as it will have the correct return mailing information on the paperwork. Items must be unopened. UPS must be able to examine the original package at pickup.
