This auction features a 20"
Blue Dupionne Kelly doll
made by
Madame Alexander
in
1998
as part of
the Kelly Collection.
She is in overall very good condition aside from a tiny dot on her forehead and a brown stain on the skirt of her dress. She has her wrist tag, metal Madame Alexander 75th Anniversary tag, and original box.
Her
characteristics:
- heavy weight vinyl body and soft vinyl head
- blue sleep eyes with real lashes that work perfectly.
- rooted dark auburn hair adorned with red satin bows
- jointed at neck, shoulders, and hips
- tiny pinhead brown dot aon forehead above left eyebrow is nicely concealed by her curl
- all limbs nice and tight to hold a pose
- can stand unaided

with floral and lace trim and accented with a burgundy velvet bow tied to a bouquet of flocked flowers. The cream color lace inset at bodice is embellished with faux pearl beads.
Note:
there is
brown staining in the folds of her skirt at front.
You can position the folds to conceal it.
