Quilt Blocks Diversion Spool Set 24 Kansas City Star Cranberry Shirtings Indigo

Here is a set of 24 quilt blocks in the Diversion pattern, #2595 as shown in the Encyclopedia of Pieced Quilt Patterns compiled by Barbara Brackman.  Pattern is categorized as a Square in a Square block with specific construction.
Blocks are hand pieced and measure approximately 8 1/2" to 9" square.  Fabrics are cotton from the 1880 - 1910 era including cranberry reds, indigo blues, checks, blacks and white shirtings with small geometric prints.
These are well pieced and do not require any repairs.  There are a very few spots, nothing dramatic.  Two blocks have some paper sticker residue, it is shown in the last photo.
All of the blocks are pictured in the first collage.  The rest are a good representation of the remaining blocks.
Item does not include any additional fabric, templates or instructions.
When working with vintage fabric, blocks, tops or quilts, prior quilting and piecing experience is helpful. Pieces were not rotary cut and cutting templates and patterns may not have been square. Pieced items may not be flat. Vintage items may have a musty or storage odor.
