All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping on Saturday and Sunday or by 1:00 PM CST on Monday ship on Monday. Orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping Monday through Friday prior to 1:00 PM CST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 1:00 PM CST ship the next business day. Ground orders placed before the 1 PM cut off ship within 1-2 business days and are not guaranteed to ship that same day. When a Ground order is placed after the 1 PM cut off the first processing day becomes the next business day. Ground orders placed after the 1 PM cut off will ship within the next two business days. As an example a ground order placed at 7:20 PM on Tuesday night will ship on Wednesday
or
Thursday. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.
If you find your item is not as described, or damaged please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. Please keep the paperwork with the package as it will have the correct return mailing information on the paperwork. Items must be unopened. UPS must be able to examine the original package at pickup.
