Vintage 70's Antique Look Wedding Dress

Very pretty antique look vintage wedding dress - no train, but dress feels heavy. Pearl buttons on bodice, back and sleeves. Possibly hand made as there is no tags. Measures as follows:
waist:  26     Bust: 34  (from armpit to armpit)    sleeve length:  24 1/2"      dress length:  56:
My model is 5'6" and 1/2 and she normally wears a "M" or 6 and she could not close the back of the dress.
Dress could be a 4, but please go by the measurements.        Color is more of a off-white than a true ivory
